Check-in using the Ticket App
In this article, you'll learn how to complete check-ins securely, simply, and conveniently by using the e-guma Ticket App. Two different varieties of check-in are available: you can either scan QR codes or you can search by the guest's name.

Check in tickets for several events at the same time
If you are selling a ticket that is valid for several events (for example day passes for a music festival or a multi-day pass), you can check in all tickets via the check-in mask for Events and admissions. This means you do not have to switch between the individual events in the e-guma Ticket App.
Additional information about the ticket and the event / admission will be displayed at check-in.
