Labels
Sticky labels
In this example you can see a label in the format 29 x 90 mm.This label roll has the designation DK-11201.
Non-sticky labels
For non-sticky labels we recommend the label roll DK-N55224, which has a width of 54 mm.
Design
Brother's P-touch Editor allows you to design your name badges.
Installation
You can download the P-touch Editor for Windows 10 (64-bit) here. If you are working with a different version of Windows, please go to this website and enter QL-820NWB in the search field.
Configuration
Open the file LabelTemplate.lbx, located in the e-guma Connect folder. It should open automatically in P-touch editor for Windows. It is important that you set the correct paper size in the P-touch Editor. If you have connected the printer and click on Detect Size and Colors, the format of the label roll loaded in the printer will be automatically applied.
Click on the A to place a text field.
For example, you can put First Name in the field. When printing with e-guma, the content of the e-guma text field is replaced with the first name of the participant. So that e-guma knows which value should be entered in the text field, Object Name must be changed. Click on the text field with the right mouse button and on Properties. Enter the placeholder first_name.
You can use the placeholders which you have specified in the Questions per Ticket extension. At the end, save the file und restart the Windows service e-guma Connect.
Web Check-in
In the settings, you can enable the printing of name badges.
If a ticket is successfully checked, a name badge is immediately printed.
If you want to reprint a name badge, you can click the Button Print again and enter the ticket number.
