An overview of e-guma Groups

e-guma Groups allow you to link individual solutions together. Vouchers can be sold by Business A and redeemed at Business B. The flow of invoices between the individual businesses is minimised thanks to the billing process.

Redeeming vouchers

A voucher that is purchased in one of your partner businesses (a member of your e-guma Group) can be redeemed just like one of your own vouchers. Vouchers can also be reedeemd in the group's main client.

Searching for vouchers

You can use your e-guma Back Office to search for a voucher that was issued by one of your partner businesses (a member of your e-guma Group).

Billing

If a voucher is sold by Hotel A and redeemed at Hotel B, the e-guma Group will record the redemption.At the end of the month, the e-guma Group will generate a monthly group invoice.
