Contingent for event
The default setting is for quotas to be set at an event level. With this setting, you can set aside a total number of tickets that you wish to sell - no matter which type of tickets your customers select.
Contingent for ticket types
If you want to set quotas for different ticket types, for instance because there is limited availability for individual types, you should choose the setting Contingent for ticket types.
Contingent for multiple events (Quota pools)
Our function Quota Pools can help you in organizing your available contingent for several events at once, as for example for events which last more than 1 day and where you wish to sell 1-, 2- and 3-Days Pass.
Please notice that this is not a standard Function. Please contact us, if you wish to activate the Quota Pools function for your events.
For reasons of better understanding, we will use following example in these instructions:
We'd like to sell tickets for our Festival. The Festival will take place on the 11.02.20201 and will last 3 days. We'd like to sell 1-, 2- and 3-days ticket pass. The available quota for each day is 30 tickets. If a 3-days ticket pass is sold, then it is necessary to automatically adapt/reduce the available quota for all 3 days.
Sales in house
If you sell tickets in house, you will always be able to see by category how many tickets are still available.
