Activating stock vouchers

Please note that it is not possible to enter a promotional code. Alternatively, you can enter a discount on your cash register or PMS.

Launch the e-guma Voucher App and log in using your e-guma login. If you do not know your login details, please contact us without delay.

Scan the QR code on the voucher.

Activaet the voucher by pressing the Activate button.

You will now see the activated stock voucher in the Voucher management tool. A stock voucher that is activated with the app is automatically given the cash register payment method.

The activated stock voucher can also be seen in the Sales report.
   

Undoing voucher activations

If you've activated a voucher but would now like to undo the activation for a specific reason, log in to your e-guma Back Office and use the Voucher Management tool to delete the corresponding voucher.

 

Flashlight

Pressing the flashlight symbol allows the camera light to be turned on or off.

   

Changing camera

If the device is fixed to a permanent mount, the front camera can also be used to scan the QR mount. To do this, click on Settings in the menu and turn on the Front camera option.
