List of voucher types
Choose in the e-guma Voucher System menu Settings -> Voucher types -> Edit. Now you will see all the active voucher types and the possible assignment to one or more categories. Here you can edit an existing voucher type.
By clicking on the arrow in the field Active voucher types can be changed to Inactive voucher types. You can reactivate an inactive voucher type at any time.
Change the order
You can individually determine the order of the voucher types in the online shop. To do this, click on the dots on the far right of a voucher type and drag the voucher to the desired position in the listing.
Edit voucher types
Choose in the e-guma Voucher System menu Settings -> Voucher types -> Edit. Click on the name of a voucher type to open it.
Title
The title corresponds to the name of the voucher in the online shop. If multiple languages are configured in your e-guma voucher system, you can customise the name in all languages enabled.
Publish/Deactivate
With this checkbox you can set whether the voucher should be visible in the online shop as well as on location, only in the online shop or only on location.
If you deactivate the checkbox, the voucher type is not activated for online or local sales.
When calling up a voucher type that is not (or no longer) published, 404 is returned as a status code. Google recognises from this status code that this url must be removed from the search index.
Hidden in online shop
Voucher types with this option are not displayed on the start page of the online shop and in the categories. They can be called up with the direct url.
When listing the voucher types, you can see whether a voucher type is hidden in the online shop.
Categories
Categories are used to group voucher types in the online shop. You can choose one or more categories. You can change the order of the voucher types in the category. Learn more about creating categories here.
Languages
If several languages are activated in your e-guma Voucher System, you can individually determine which languages you would like to activate a voucher offer in.
URL of the voucher type
Graphics in the online shop
By clicking on the button Choose image you can change the image in the online shop. The graphic should have a minimum width and height of 600 x 500px. e-guma optimises the graphic for display in the online shop.
If you want to have a new image on the voucher printout, please contact us so that we can change the image for you.
Description in the online shop
The description in the online shop is displayed on the detail page of the voucher.
Title on the voucher
This term appears on the printout of the voucher. If you do not enter a name, e-guma will use the title which is used on the online shop.
The title can contain placeholders. It is important that you do not edit/delete these. You can recognise a placeholder from the curly brackets - e.g. {{Persons.Count | plural: 'PERSON', 'PEOPLE'}} .
We recommend that you check the voucher printout after each modification. To do this, click on the blue Voucher preview button.
Description on the voucher
The description can contain placeholders. It is important that you do not edit/delete these. You can recognise a placeholder from the curly brackets - e.g. {{Variante.Name}}.
We recommend that you check the voucher printout after each modification. To do this, click on the blue Voucher preview button.
Voucher with a single price (package voucher)
In the field Pice you can adjust the package price.
Voucher with choice of options
Here you can edit or add individual options for a voucher.
Edit
Click on the pencil symbol to edit the entry.
Adjust the price and/or text (in all enabled languages) as desired.
Delete
Click on the bin to delete the entry.
A new context field opens up. Confirm the deletion by clicking on the button Delete.
Change the order
You can determine the order of the options individually. To do this, click on the dots on the far right and drag the entry to the desired position in the listing.
Add
To complete the selection with another entry, click on the button Add.
Fill in the price and the text (in all activated languages) as desired and confirm your entry by clicking on OK.
Voucher preview
After making any adjustments, we recommend that you check the voucher printout. To do this, click on the blue Voucher preview button.
If you have set up the voucher in multiple languages, it is best to check all language versions.
In addition to the correctness of the texts and prices, pay attention to the length of the texts. This check ensures that there is no overlap with any personal dedication.

Sell from/to
Click on the grey button Show advanced settings. Here by clicking on the calendar symbol, you can enter from and/or until when you want to offer a voucher type.
Individual shipping type
Click on the grey button Show advanced settings. Here you can specify an individual dispatch type (print@home or mail delivery) for a voucher type.
The individual shipping method cannot be used if only one shipping method is activated in the settings of the voucher shop.
Contingent
Select whether the availability should be displayed in the online shop or not.
Vouchers, which have reached the contingent, are marked in the online shop with "Sold out".
Maximum number of vouchers per order in the online shop
Optionally set a maximum number of vouchers that can be purchased per order online.
Once a limit is set, only a number up to the defined maximum can be selected in the cart. When adding a voucher to the cart, it will also be checked that the number is not exceeded.
Personalizable
Define whether a voucher can be personalised with a "for" / "from" and a personal dedication. This option is active by default.
Tags
In the Advanced Settings, add one or more Tags to the voucher type. These tags are used for internal labelling for the management of special functions.
Tag | Function |
Always-redeem-total-amount |
This tag requires a voucher type to always be redeemed in full. |
Deactivate-ticket-shop-redemption |
The tag can be used to control that the voucher type cannot be redeemed in the ticket shop. |
Deactivate-cross-redemption |
The tag can be used within a group to define that the voucher type can only be redeemed in its own client. |
Not-redeemable-after-expiration |
The tag can be used to specify that vouchers can no longer be redeemed after expiry. |
Redeem-only-once |
This tag can specify that vouchers can only be redeemed once. |
