To ensure that you have an overview of all voucher sales and redemption locations in your business, the E-GUMA team can set up multiple branches in your E-GUMA back office. The various branches can also be shown separately in the sales and redemption reporting.
This means that you gain transparent financial insight for each location.
You can obtain a list of all vouchers sold via the Sales report - grouped by sales location or for individually selected sales locations.

You can obtain a list of all vouchers redeemed via the Redemption report, grouped by redemption location or for individually selected redemption locations.

Automatic e-mail report
To ensure that individual branches can monitor their sales and redemptions locally,
the sales and redemption reports can be configured to be sent directly to e-mail addresses belonging to the brnaches (on a daily, weekly or monthly basis).
A branch can be assigned to various users. This may be very important, for example if you would like to configure a personal user account for each employee with more than one employee working with E-GUMA in each branch location.
External sales locations
Branch functionality also enables you to sell vouchers at a range of locations, both within your business and outside it via external partners. Learn more.
