Availability notification

In this article, you will learn how to set up an automatic e-mail notification when an event or an admission with calendar is partially or fully booked.

The availability notification is available for events and for admissions with a calendar.

Notification when the event is sold out

In the menu of the e-guma ticket system, select Events or Admissions -> Edit.

Click on the corresponding event / admission with calendar or create a new event / admission with calendar.

Click on the button  Show advanced settings and select the option When the event / ticket type / slot is sold out under Availability notification.

If a notification has been triggered and tickets are later cancelled or the allotment is increased, the notification will not be sent again.

Add the desired  e-mail address(es) to which the notification is to be sent.

Click on the button Save.

Content of notification

The following e-mail will be sent as soon as the event, the ticket type, or slot is fully booked.

Notification when the availability falls below a certain percentage

In the menu of the e-guma ticket system, select Events or Admissions -> Edit.

Click on the corresponding event / admission with calendar or create a new event / admission with calendar.

Click on the button  Show advanced settings and under Availability notification select the option When the availability falls below a certain percentage.

Add email address(es) to which the notification is to be sent. You can also define a percentage of available tickets, below which you want to receive a notification. 

If the percentage is reduced, the notification will be sent again as soon as the availability falls below the new percentage.If, however, a notification has been triggered and tickets are later cancelled or the allotment is increased, the notification will not be sent again.

Click on the button Save.
