Availability notification

In this article, you will learn how to set up an automatic e-mail notification when an event is partially or fully booked.

The availability notification is only available for events for which the  allotment is set at event level or for events that use the seating plan.

Notification when the event is sold out

In the menu of the e-guma ticket system, select Events -> Edit.

Click on the corresponding event or create a new event.

Click on the button  Show advanced settings and select the option When the event is sold out under Availability notification.

If a notification has been triggered and tickets are later cancelled or the allotment is increased, the notification will not be sent again.

Add the desired  e-mail address(es) to which the notification is to be sent.

Click on the button Save.

Content of notification

The following e-mail will be sent as soon as the event is fully booked.

Notification when the availability falls below a certain percentage

In the menu of the e-guma ticket system, select Events -> Edit.

Click on the corresponding event or create a new event.

Click on the button  Show advanced settings and under Availability notification select the option When the availability falls below a certain percentage.

Add email address(es) to which the notification is to be sent. You can also define a percentage of available tickets, below which you want to receive a notification. 

If the percentage is reduced, the notification will be sent again as soon as the availability falls below the new percentage.If, however, a notification has been triggered and tickets are later cancelled or the allotment is increased, the notification will not be sent again.

Click on the button Save.
