Change of company address

If your company has a new address, please let us know.
At e-guma, we then take care of the following adjustments:

  • Correction of address in the voucher shop (company details and legal notices)
  • Correction of address on the voucher layout
  • Correction of address on the invoice and receipt
  • Correction of address with Datatrans

Please remember to inform your acquirer (e.g. Worldline, Nexi, PostFinance) of the new address.

Costs

Changings in e-guma are free of charge.

Change of company name

If the name of your company has changed in the commercial register, please inform us. At e-guma, we then take care of the following adjustments:

  • New e-guma agreement
  • New contract processing agreement (GDPR)
  • Correction of address in the voucher shop (company details and legal notices)
  • Correction of address on the voucher layout
  • Correction of address on the invoice and receipt
  • Correction of address in the general terms & conditions for the voucher system and ticketing system

Please remember to inform your acquirer (e.g. Worldline, Nexi, PostFinance) of the new company name). The acceptance contracts must be re-signed.

Changings in e-guma are free of charge.     

New owner of the company

If your company has a new owner or you have taken over the company, please let us know. At e-guma, we then take care of the following adjustments:

  • New e-guma agreement
  • New contract processing agreement (GDPR)
  • We will inform Datatrans that new acceptance contracts have been concluded.
  • We will contact your desired acquirer on your behalf in order to conclude new acceptance contracts for online payments
  • We will contact PostFinance for you if you would like to continue working with the ISR or QR invoice
  • If necessary, adaptation of the voucher shop design and voucher layout (please note the separate costs).
  • If necessary, adjustment in the voucher shop (company details, legal notices and VAT number)
  • If necessary, alteration of the voucher layout
  • If necessary, alteration of the voucher offerings (texts, wording)
  • If necessary, alteration of the invoice and receipt
  • If necessary, alteration of the general terms & conditions for the voucher system and ticketing system
  • Alteration of automatic e-mail reportings

Costs

We charge a basic flat rate of CHF 475.00 / EUR 475.00 (excl. VAT) for the above work.
