e-guma Organisations - Member cannot log in

In this article, you'll learn how to help members who cannot log in to the e-guma Voucher System.

User right

To be able to access the menu item Organisation, you need the administration right. If you do not have this right, please contact your internal e-guma administrator.

The member knows the correct username and client

If the member of your organisation knows the correct user name and client details, the standard password reset feature can be used.

    

The user does not know the correct username and client

If the member of your organisation does not know the correct username and client description, take the following steps:

In the menu of the e-guma Voucher System, select Organisation - Member Management.

Cick on the pencil icon to see the member's details.

Click the button labelled Send login and instructions.

The member will now receive a new password and instructions to the e-mail address stored in the e-guma voucher system.

Alternatively, you have the option of triggering a "forgotten password" e-mail.

The member will now receive a link to reset the password to the email address stored in the e-guma voucher system.
