e-guma Organisation Members - Changing the password

In this article, you'll learn how you can change your password for the e-guma Voucher System.

Change your existing password regularly

For security reasons, we recommend that you change your e-guma password regularly. It's really easy:

In the menu of the e-guma Voucher System, select Settings.

Enter a new password, which must be at least 7 characters long, then click Save.

Reset your password

You know your username and client

Click on www.e-guma.ch/login inside the Password field and select the red  Forgot Password? button.

Enter the username Admin as well as your Company, then click on Send instructions.

e-guma will then send a link to the e-mail address you entered in the e-guma Voucher System.

Click on the link in the e-mail to reset your password (the link is valid for one hour).

Enter a new password, which must be at least seven characters long, then click Save.

You do not know your username and password.

Get in touch with your point of contact at the organisation whose vouchers you redeem. The appropriate person in the organisation will send you a link by e-mail, which will be sent to the address entered in the e-guma Voucher System.

In the e-mail, click on the link to reset the password (the link remains valid for 24 hours).

Enter a new password, which must be at least seven characters long, then click Save.
