Redemption report in the Voucher App

The e-guma Voucher App logs all vouchers redeemed by your users.

Viewing the redemption report

Open the menu and select the Redemption report item.

The Redemption Report shows all redemptions made by your user from the beginning or, if you have generated a transaction, since the last transaction. Redemptions are marked with a green plus symbol. Cancellations are shown with a red minus symbol.

Cancelling a redemption

You can cancel a redemption by pressing Cancel redemption.

This will then open a page, on which you must enter a reason for the cancellation, after which you can click Cancel redemption again to finalise the cancellation.

After the cancellation, you will see a new entry at the top of the list.
