Reactivating deleted vouchers
In this article, you'll learn how to reactivate a deleted voucher.
Would you like to reactivate a deleted voucher that was issued with the payment method set to something other than "Invoice?" Please contact our e-guma Support Team.
Deleted vouchers, which were ordered with Invoice as the payment method, but which have not yet been paid, can be restored with a few clicks.
- Search for the deleted voucher order as described here.
- Click the Information icon to be taken to a detailed view of the voucher.
- Click on the Reactivate voucher button and confirm the new context field by selecting Yes.
- You will now see a report, confirming that the voucher order has successfully been restored.
