Managing and exporting customer data

You may use the address data of your voucher and ticket purchasers who have subscribed to your newsletter and confirmed their subscription via double opt-in for marketing campaigns.

Managing customer data

Customer Management tools allow you to view all Online Shop customers as well as all customer details entered via on-site sales. In the menu of the e-guma Voucher or Ticketing System, select  Customers -> Manage.

Search for customers

You can search for customers by the following filters: Customer No., Company, Name and Location. Click on the Search button to confirm your entries.

Editing customer data

When you click on the Customer Number, you will be presented with the option of editing customer data and showing vouchers for this customer.

Add a note to the customer

You can enter a note to the customer. This note will be displayed during on-site sales of vouchers and tickets.

As soon as you select a customer for whom a note is stored during the on-site sale of a voucher or ticket, this note is displayed. The note is displayed immediately below the customer's search entry so that it catches the eye and is not overlooked.       

Exporting customer data

In the menu of the e-guma Voucher or Ticketing System, select  Customers -> Export.

These options allow you to decide which filters you would like to use to export the customer data: Newsletter subscription, Newsletter confirmed with double opt-in (required if contacts are transferred to newsletter software), E-mail address, voucher orders or ticket orders.

By clicking on  Export, an Excel file will be generated, which you can now use for your marketing campaign.
