Would you like to be able to use the e-guma Voucher and/or Ticketing System on a day-to-day basis with confidence? If so, make use of our online training documentation and get to know all the functions step-by-step. The articles are also partially complemented by video tutorials. We hope you enjoy your learning, and learn a lot!

Personal on-site meetings during the project phase
Voucher System

During the project phase (which ends upon go-live), personal meetings are included in the deployment fees, provided that we confirm our attendance. We will only charge our travel expenses and invoice for the travel time at a reduced rate.

In the event that you would like a personal, on-site meeting during the project phase (which ends upon go-live), we will be glad to meet with you on favourable terms.

Subsequent online training by the e-guma support team

If, following the end of the project phase, you require supported online training by our e-guma support team (perhaps due to a change of personnel in your business), we will be happy to bring you up-to-date.

An e-guma online training session lasts around ninety minutes and is delivered remotely. The training covers the areas of sales, administration, accounting, and marketing.

The training is included in the deployment fees during the project phase (prior to go-live).

Post-project on-site meetings

In the event that you would like a personal, on-site meeting after the project phase, we will be glad to meet with you on favourable terms. Whether you wish to discuss marketing, provide training for your employees, or would like a technical meeting - the same terms apply.
