Calculating voucher commissions by location

e-guma offers the option of summarising your commission settlement, breaking it down by location.

Exporting a commission report

In the e-guma Voucher System menu, select Tools -> e-guma Commissions.

Select the desired settlement month.

Then click on the Download report button.

Calculation

To assign the proportionate amount of commission for each location, apply the following calculation:

1: Restaurant A voucher amount in CHF/Total voucher revenue in CHF = Proportion of voucher revenue
2: Proportion of voucher revenue x total commission in CHF = Cost allocation in CHF

Example

Total amount of e-guma commission for May 2016: 225 CHF.

1: 3,000.00 CHF/6,000 CHF = 0.5
2: 0.5 x 225.00 CHF = 112.50 CHF
