e-guma Organisations - Journal

All redemptions and sales by all members of the organisation are logged in real time in the Journal.You can view this Journal at any time, or export it as an Excel file. 

Show journal

In the menu of the e-guma Voucher System, select Organisation -> Journal. Select the desired time period. In the Type field, you can select whether you wish to see: Redemption, Redemption commission, Sales, Commission for sale or all (leave the field blank). Click on the Show button to display the results.

Export journal

In addition to the view, you have the option of exporting the data of the current view to an Excel file. To do this, click on the Export as Excel button.
