Marketing graphics with Canva

Creating a Canva account

If you do not yet have a Canva account, you can easily create one, free of charge. You are sure to uncover a host of different ways that you can make use of Canva. Not only can you use it to design content for social media, but also documents, print templates, and much more. As soon as you have set up an account, you can start editing our e-guma graphic templates as described below.

How to create a graphic with Canva

Click on the desired template link below (e.g. Facebook posts) to open the design files in your browser. Log into Canva or create a new account.

Click on the Use template button at the bottom of the screen.

The file will be opened as a "copy" in your Canva account (the title will state "Copy of ____").Go to File and then Save to save it.

Begin editing. You can change the text and the photo. To change the text, simply double-click on the text and then replace it with your own. To change the photo, simply upload your photo and drag the uploaded photo over the existing photo. You can also add your logo or links to your voucher shop. Make full use of all that Canva has to offer.

As soon as you are finished, click on the  Share button to the top right, in the menu bar. Click on  Download.

Select the JPG or video file type (depending on the template that you wish to use) and the corresponding number of pages (select just one and not multiple pages). Now click on the Done button and save your new graphic.
