Purchase on invoice with MF Group
Optimise your risk management with quick and easy access to comprehensive information regarding the financial standing and economic situation of companies in Switzerland and the commercial register. Together with MF Group, we offer the option to purchase on invoice in our ticket shop. In this case, MF Group takes over the processing of the invoice, including collection and any reminders, meaning that you do not have to deal with open debits. MF Group guarantees full payment of ticket sales, regardless of any payment delays on the part of the buyer.
In order to be able to offer invoices via MF Group, the organiser must be entered in the commercial register.

Procedure for purchasing on invoice in the ticket shop
If your customer selects purchase on invoice and clicks on the order button, the ticket shop will perform a credit check in the background - via an interface to MF Group. The order is only completed if this check is succesful.
Tickets that are ordered with payment on invoice are valid immediately.
Invoice and QR-bill
End customers will receive the ordered tickets and an invoice document with the QR-bill in their confirmation e-mail. The QR-bill contains the MF Group's payment details.
In the menu Orders -> Manage the e-guma ticket system, you can download the invoice with the QR-bill at any time.
Cancellation
If you cancel an order, MF Group will make the refund. 
On-site sales
The option to purchase on invoice is not available for on-site sales. If you want to issue tickets on invoice on-site, you will have to enter the invoice in your order software.
Costs
The connection is free of charge on the part of MF Group and e-guma. MF Group charges a fee per transaction:
- CHF 1.00 + 0.9% of the invoice amount for B2C (private individuals)
Payment
MF Group will transfer the credit of ticket sales to you on a monthly basis.
