e-guma Organisations - Adding a new member
In this guide, we will explain how to add a new member to an organisation.
User right
To be able to access the menu item Organisation, you need the administration right. If you do not have this right, please contact your internal e-guma administrator.

- In the menu of the e-guma Voucher System, select Organisation -> Member Management.

- A list of all members will be shown. Click on the blue button labelled + Add.

Complete
all fields for the new member. Then click on
Add again.

- A confirmation message will now apepar.

- The new member will automatically receive an e-mail with instructions.
