Fidelio Suite 8 interface in practice

This redemption interface allows vouchers to be redeemed direclty in Fidelio Suite 8.

If you use the Fidelio interface, you can still redeem vouchers using the e-guma Back End.

Installation

The Voucher Redemption Interface  must be installed by MICROS Fidelio, working in conjunction with us.

Use

Enter the voucher code.
   

The voucher code can be entered either using the barcode scanner or the keyboard.

Click OK.

e-guma will now transmit the status and the value of the voucher to Fidelio.

Fidelio Suite 8.9 or newer Fidelio before 8.9

Once the redemption is complete, an entry will be added to the open bill with the voucher payment type.
