Contacting PostFinance

E-Finance

PostFinance recommends that you contact them using your E-Finance login. Click on the Contact/Mailbox button and write a short message about your query to PostFinance. Note all details that you have in relation to the relevant payment. It is important to ensure that you also enter your QR-IBAN. You can can contact us, if you dont know your QR-IBAN.

Account manager

Alternatively, you can contact your account manager by phone or e-mail. You can find the relevant person by looking at the top left-hand corner of your PostFinance account statements.

   

Costs

As soon as PostFinance has received your query, they will check the relevant transaction.

If PostFinance knows the name of the person making the payment, you will not incur any costs.

However, it is also possible that PostFinance only has an account number for this person. In these cases, PostFinance will start a more in-depth enquiry and will contact the other party if required. These costs are then charged to the person making the query.
Domestic queries Fixed rate of CHF 30.00 per instance
Foreign queries Fixed rate of CHF 60.00 per instance
