Changing user locations in the Voucher App

Would you like to be able to redeem vouchers flexibly from a range of different locations? If so, we will be happy to turn on the Change user location functionality without delay.

Once this functionality has been activated, your user's current location will be shown in the Scan voucher menu.

To change the location, select the Change location option from the menu.

Select the new location from the list of available locations shown.

Once the location has been changed successfully, the Scan voucher page will be shown with the new location.
   

Enable user right

The user right Change location can be enabled at the level of an individual user. This function also requires at least two or more locations to be set up in your e-guma back office. To use this function, please contact the e-guma administrator of your organisation.
