Checking voucher balance in the online shop

Both you and your end customers can use the voucher check at any time to check the balance of a voucher. The voucher balance or the validity for specific services as well as the expiration date can be checked directly in the online shop. The entry Check balance appears in the navigation of the online shop.

After entering the voucher code, the current voucher balance and the expiration date are displayed for value vouchers. The expiry date is currently not displayed for expired vouchers. 

In case of vouchers for specific services, it is displayed whether and how long the voucher is valid. The expiry date is currently not displayed for expired vouchers.
