Sofort (Klarna) - Cancelling a payment

In this article, you'll learn how to cancel a payment made via the online shop in your Sofort account.

Log in to SOFORT, then select the Sofort menu.

Search for the transaction to be cancelled and click on the link to the transaction.

Click on the  "Reverse transactin" button.

You will receive a message confirming that the reversal has been flagged. As such, the chargeback is not yet complete. Click on the Reversals link.

Follow the steps as instructed by Sofort.
