Integrated translation of your texts

If you use the e-guma voucher and ticket system in multiple languages, you can automatically translate texts with DeepL into German, French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. 

Translate with one click

As soon as you select a foreign language in a text field, a translation button appears. In your main language, the button is not displayed. 

When you click the button, the text in the main language is automatically translated and inserted into the current language. If no text is available in the main language, the button cannot be clicked. 

If text is already present in the foreign language, a warning is displayed beforehand indicating that the existing text will be replaced. 

A success message briefly appears for confirmation. We recommend reviewing the machine translations. 

Check placeholders

Placeholders in curly brackets are ignored by the translation and inserted unchanged, for example   {{order_number}}, {{Treatment.Name}} for tickets or on the voucher printout {{Persons.Count | plural : 'Person', 'Persons'}}.

In the voucher system, for the text fields Title on the voucher and Description on the voucher, a notice appears before inserting the translation indicating that the placeholders in particular must be checked. 

Please check in the voucher preview that all placeholders are resolved correctly.
