Customized services

In the hustle and bustle of everyday work, there is often little time to take care of everything yourself – even if it would theoretically be possible. That’s where we come in: we provide reliable support, for example, with designing a custom seating plan.

Moreover, some requests require more intensive support – such as specific configurations, complex system customizations, or tailored solutions. In such cases, you benefit from our many years of experience and close collaboration with a dedicated project manager who will personally advise you and guide you through the implementation.

Conditions and Billing

If you would like to make use of our customized service, we charge CHF 159.00 per hour (plus VAT).

Billing is based on the number of hours – from the start of implementation until successful completion. Upon request, we are happy to provide a non-binding estimate of the expected time investment at the outset. Please note: The final cost depends on the scope and complexity of your request – a flat-rate price is therefore not possible.

Please note that extensive or short-notice requests can only be carried out depending on availability. To avoid delays, we recommend discussing and planning your request with us as early as possible.
