Custom domain for the onlineshop

The online shops of the e-guma voucher and ticket system normally run on the domain shop.e-guma.ch and are supplemented with your individual name, e.g. shop.e-guma.ch/your-company/en/vouchers. 

If you want to use your own custom domain for your online shop, e.g. shop.your-company.ch, we can set this up for you.

Determine your own domain

In most cases, we recommend the subdomain shop. The custom domain is then shop.your-company.ch. The name shop is optimal as it can be used for the voucher and ticket shop. It is not possible to use different domains for the voucher and ticket shop or for the different languages. 

Check your own domain

Please check whether your desired subdomain is available and enter it in the address bar of your browser. In general, if you cannot reach the page, the domain is not yet in use.

Setup

Please contact us for a check of your own domain and send us the contact details of your webmaster. For the setup, your webmaster must add a DNS entry to your domain. Your webmaster will then receive the necessary details from us for the entry and verification of the SSL certificate.

Costs

We do not charge any costs for setting up your own domain.
